Fabulous concert but way too loud and poor acoustics

John Legend is a fabulous performer and we loved the concert. The audio-visual effects were amazing. My only issue is that it was way way too loud and the acoustics were not balanced. The boom of the drums overpowered everything. You couldn't hear the brass clearly and it was loud to the point of being distorted. I don't understand why a concert has to be so loud! We will have a generation of people with tinnitus and hearing loss because of these concerts. I was holding my ears the whole time and wish I brought my earplugs. It would be even more enjoyable if the acoustics were balanced with less bass and at a lower decibel level.
